Despite the above views more than several ranking agencies are actively ranking universities across to Globe. Agencies like U.S News concentrate on local ranking but those like FT for MBA are more global in nature.
We at Global Dreamz are of the firm believe that all these rankings are only serve as indications and such rankings cannot and should not be used as criteria for applying to various universities. Ranks of Universities are rarely stable and many slide up/down very easily, depending on the changes in weight age for each parameter and the responders’ opinion by itself.
Rankings of the universities differ from year to year; college to college within the universities, department to department within the college and program to program with in the days and thus make ranking the universities a mammoth task. Despite the above, those rankings still do not take into consideration the most important aspect – your aspirations and your career needs. Thus solely depending on the rankings for applying to the universities many not serve your purpose.
